Order confirmation does not guarantee product availability. In the event a product is unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you and provide a full refund.

• You will not submit requests containing illegal, harmful, or offensive content

Donations made through our Site are voluntary and non-refundable unless required by law. HeartWhispers is not a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization; donations are not tax-deductible unless otherwise stated. Donations support the operational costs of the ministry and content creation.
